Hanoi is the capital city of Vietnam, located in the northern part of the country along the banks of the Red River. It is one of Southeast Asia’s oldest capitals, with a history spanning over a thousand years. Hanoi is known for its centuries-old architecture, vibrant street life, and a blend of French, Chinese, and Vietnamese influences.
Sapa is a picturesque town in the northwest mountains of Vietnam, near the border with China. It is renowned for its breathtaking scenery, including terraced rice fields, lush valleys, and the towering Fansipan Mountain—the highest peak in Indochina. Sapa is home to several ethnic minority groups, such as the Hmong, Dao, and Tay, each with their own unique traditions and colorful markets.
Arrival: Pick-up from Noi Bai Airport and transfer to your hotel (check-in at 14:00).
Afternoon Sightseeing:
Evening: Return to hotel.
Overnight stay in Hanoi.
Morning: Breakfast at hotel.
Pick-up from hotel (07:45–08:00) and drive to Tuan Chau Harbor, Halong City.
Cruise & Sightseeing:
Lunch: Served on the cruise.
Evening: Return to Hanoi (around 18:00).

Morning: Pick-up from hotel (07:30–08:00) for 2-hour drive to Ninh Binh.
Sightseeing:
Evening: Return to Hanoi (around 18:30–19:00).

Breaks: Short stops en route at Lao Cai for comfort breaks.
Arrival: Sapa Town – welcome drink and briefing.

Dinner on your own.

Morning: Breakfast at hotel and check-out.
Sightseeing: Fansipan Mountain – Roof of Indochina
Afternoon: Lunch on your own.
Return: Limousine shuttle back to Hanoi (6–7 hours).
Evening: Arrive Hanoi.
Overnight stay in Hanoi
Morning: Breakfast at hotel.
Free time for relaxation and shopping.
Transfer: 3.5 hours before flight, private transfer to Noi Bai Airport.
Departure: Fly home.
In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 15 days prior to journey date via e-mail/SMS.
The customers can prepone /postpone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 15 days of travel date in written). However postponing & preponing second time will attract additional charges.
Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.
In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.
We do not accept any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.
The avance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note: In order to transfer your booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first)...

30 days or more before date of departure : 25% of total cost
29 - 20 days before date of departure : 50% of total cost
19 days or less before date of departure : 100% of total cost
