VMF Holidays will assist in coordinating and facilitating the refund process.
Refunds may take 7–14 business days to reflect in the original payment method.
Delays may occur due to bank or payment gateway policies, which are beyond our control.
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
No-shows or failure to meet check-in requirements.
Partially used services (e.g., incomplete hotel stays, half-used tours).
Bookings explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.
